Wanderful rundown: Ep.1 'It starts with “Wonderful”'

 Welcome to Wanderful rundown, episode 1

Now my guess about Lilian and Nyammy was bang on

The episode opens up with the usual location introduction before we get introduced to Komugi and her owner Iroha, then we get Iroha getting ready for school, then the 2 set off, we get further introduction to Animal Town as Iroha greets every animal she sees, with her catchphrase before the op, now I’d seen it a few times before and I still love it, seems to suggest that Komugi will be able to flip-flop between human and Papillon form, it also hides the human form of Yuki(we get her cat form though)

After the intro we find out about Iroha’s family owning this animal care place. Iroha forgets the volleyball match, and then Komugi sticks to her skirt, and Komugi refuses to leave without Iroha. Then Iroha’s mother; Yoko has to take a call

Then we get something odd, and then a showcase of Komugi’s human form, in a nightmare sequence, she then hears that Iroha is back, so she runs out to meet Iroha, and then it cuts to the back of the place, and first sight of her treat, then the duo leave, we also are introduced to the Mirror Stone, as well as Satoru and Daifuku and an explanation of the Animal Town name, and the legend about the Mirror Stone, and Iroha’s wish to be able to talk to animals, and then again a show of Komugi’s human form, then a vague intro to the monsters and then to Yuki and her owner, Mayu, as Iroha encounters Mayu, and then how weird Yuki is, then we reach the dog park where the ‘monster egg’ hatches into our first monster, and then Komugi discovers a stone, as the egg hatches, sending Komugi into defensive mode as we get a view of our first Garugaru, a ram one, everyone runs off, minus one, who Iroha runs over to save, leaving Komugi and the ‘stone’ behind, reminding Komugi of her nightmare sequence, Iroha then distracts the Garugaru as it runs wild, knocking trees over and busting fences, Iroha then trips at the worst part and Komugi starts to bark at the Garugaru, before running up to it, at which point the stone becomes her Wonderful Pact and Komugi transforms into her human form and then does the first Pretty Cure! My Evolution! And i actually like how the way it goes as Komugi transforms into Cure Wonderful, her first ability is a ‘paw barrier’, as she shows the usual acrobatic skill from across the franchise, the Garugaru then tries to escape, but Wonderful refuses to let it get away, catching up to it, noticing the pain in the Garugaru, making Iroha realise that Wonderful is Komugi as she activates a weird spell to purify the Garugaru, leading to the repair of anything the Garugaru destroyed, leading to a pretty comedic end as it goes into the ending, and it’s amazing. I think I get these villains, and whoever did this ending did a really good job
