Kimi to Idoru Rundown: Let’s talk about Meroron…

 

Hello… and welcome back to Kimi to Idoru Rundown… I did not want to talk about this, and before this, I will warn that this may get into some pretty messed up topics, but anyway… Let’s talk about Meroron


Now Meroron.. is absolutely despised by the fandom. And I’m going to go over them:

To start with, and the one thing I 100% agree with, and that’s that she’s unnecessarily antagonistic towards Uta, Nana and Kokoro, who also seem to enable these actions, I mean no apology after her actions LIKELY GOT UTA HOSPITALISED at the end of episode 20. And unlike Milk several years earlier, there’s nobody like Rin or Natsu to (successfully) call them out on it(as Kokoro tried to little effect)

And now, the big one. The way she just straight up acts and her love of her ‘sissy’(Purirun), which I’m not sure if it meant to be cute, but if her role was held by a male character, it would not be seen as that, and would be seen as SUPER CREEPY. I 100% DO NOT CONDONE THESE ACTIONS

As for how(if she does) she changes, it is a matter of time(we are about halfway through), but until next time this is Cure Ranger, signing off.

  Welcome back to Kimi to Idoru rundown… it’s showtime! After the Toei Animation logo, it cuts to the same animation from the trailer and then to Uta with her dog walking through Hanamichi town, and founding a peach floating, so she runs down to grab it, thinking it's a real life Momotaro, when she grabs the peach it opens up to reveal Purirun, cut to op. Star Detective Rundown: silhouettes/names

  Hello and welcome back to Star Detective Rundown. This actually goes into 2 different things, one I forgot to mention when it happened But first… The above is from a online store which has gotten in contact with a supplier ahead of the toys release and have given listings for the next season… mentioning the Cures, Cure Answer, Cure Mystic and Cure Arcana Shadow? Weird… anyhow, more recently… The above is the silhouettes of the Cures, which seem to match the cards from the gummy leak.. we don’t know which Cure is which(we think Arcana Shadow is the black Cure), but if Answer is the pink or Purple is yet to be revealed. We believe she’s the purple, but we can’t be sure. Anyhow, until next time, this is Cure Ranger, signing off.

Star Detective Rundown: theorycrafting #1

  Hello and welcome to what’s technically the first Star Detective Rundown post… First off the name, Star Detective…now this may be seen as kinda crazy… but what if there’s going to be an official link with another Toei show of 2026… Chou Uchuu Keiji Gavan Infinity. Both shows have names that are relatively linked to each other. As for other theories, I believe that we may see a student council president lead Cure for the first time in 12 years and that there’ll be a initial 4 Cure with a mid-season, perhaps a villain-turned-Cure. I also imagine that there could be links to the same group that Cure Milky was part of, anyhow… until next time this is Cure Ranger, signing off.
